Trip balances are due to Captain Hook Charters, LLC 60 days prior the start dates of the trip (unless otherwise specified in writing). If deposits are not received per the payment schedule, and client fails to respond to payment notification by Captain Hook Charters, LLC within 10 calendar days following notice from Captain Hook Charters, LLC, all deposits and payments shall be forfeited. RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED until your deposit is received. Si cancela su viaje por escrito despu\u00e9s de que se hayan confirmado sus reservas, intentaremos revender sus fechas. Si podemos hacerlo, se le reembolsar\u00e1n los pagos realizados menos $200 por persona como tarifa de cancelaci\u00f3n, si se realiza dentro de los 61 d\u00edas anteriores a su fecha de llegada. Si no podemos revender sus fechas, perder\u00e1 su dep\u00f3sito. Si cancela su viaje por cualquier motivo 60 d\u00edas o menos antes de su fecha de llegada, todos los pagos realizados en su viaje no son reembolsables. Las personas que no se presenten no recibir\u00e1n un reembolso.
