These two days were interesting.

The 22nd started good, with a quick release but then the fish really weren’t having it.

Many came up to the teasers or the bait but then would quickly swim away. Either that or spit the bait out right away. The day ended alright with 22 raises, 17 bites and 4 releases.

On the 24th, it was a little better. Still a pretty slow day with less action, but we still managed to get 7 sails raised, 4 sail bites, and 1 released, but we at least managed to release a marlin.

We all have those days but it always gets better! Overall, we had 30 raised, 22 bites and 6 releases.

Tight lines and many blessings!

Slow days don’t last forever. Neither do bad days, and this is why! These three days were amazing!

The 27th, was something out of nowhere! The fish really wanted to play and play they did. We raised 28 sails, 24 sail bites, and 15 sailfish release. We also raised 2 marlin, 1 marlin bite, but no release. We also ended up catching a mahi mahi so that was also nice.

The 28th was another great day with 20 sails raised, 15 sail bites, and 11 releases. Not too shabby!

Lastly, the 29th wasn’t as exciting as the last two days but it didn’t disappoint either. We raised 11 sails, 10 sail bites, and 7 releases. We had 5 marlins raised but they didn’t want to bite this time. I guess we were the ones being teased! We also got a mahi mahi this time around as well so that worked out too!

Overall, these last three days, we’re talking 66 raised, 50 bites and 33 releases! What’s even better is that for the month of January, we had a total of 175 raised, 139 bites and 93 releases! A great way to end January and the start of 2022!

Tight lines and many blessings!
